IMPORTANT: Our modelling dough is NOT edible, and should not be ingested. Dough Parlour Inc. and/or its owner and/or its employees are not responsible for any allergic reaction that may arise from interaction with our dough.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you can return it for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our Customer Care team at any time: customercare@doughparlour.com.

Please note that although we strive to ship orders out in a swift and timely manner, we do not offer refunds for courier delays. The shipping window times outlined next to our shipping rates is an indication of the average transit time it takes to receive your package, however we cannot provide a guarantee due to COVID-19 and courier irregularities.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Any product returned must be in its original packaging, and mailed with the receipt/invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is calculated based on your total after discounts and before taxes. If you have less than $99 in your cart after a discount code is applied - this is why free shipping is not being applied.

CURRENCY/PAYMENT

All prices are in USD, except if you are located within Canada - CAD will automatically appear for any customer geographically located inside Canada. We accept PayPal, and other major credit cards. Please note that when we review your order, if some items are not in stock, we will notify you promptly by email, and ask if you would like your order modified or cancelled.

TAXES
Canadian Customers: HST is charged on shipments to HST provinces. Customers in the rest of Canada pay only GST.
